Terms and Conditions

Orders given by the customer must be placed via a PO or email. Orders will no longer be accepted over the phone. If the customer does not have an account with Durbin, a new customer account form must be completed before an order can be placed. These can be obtained by emailing OnDemand@durbinglobal.com.

Orders made by customers are not binding on us until we accept them either by written acknowledgement from ourselves or by the delivery of goods (whichever is the earlier)

Standard carriage charge is £10.00 per order for orders with a value of less than £120.00 excluding VAT. For orders to the Republic of Ireland a carriage charge will be quoted at time of order.

Palletised deliveries will be subject to an additional charge based on weights and measurements of said delivery.

Customer will be notified in advance and prior to the delivery of the cost and asked if they wish to proceed.

Unless otherwise stated prices supplied by us are exclusive of VAT, packaging and delivery all of which shall be additionally paid for by the customer.

Please remember that VAT on all contraceptives is just 5%. For all other products VAT is 20%.

The customer shall notify us in writing within 48 hours of any shortage or damage to the goods. Durbin will arrange a Goods Return Form to be sent and for the goods to be collected within a three-day period.

Goods may only be returned upon receipt of a Goods Return Form which has been signed for by a responsible person such as: Doctor, Nurse, Pharmacist, RP or Quality Manager. Failure by the customer to tell us within 48 hours will result in the customer being liable for the product delivered.

Due to the nature of products sold and as stated on our website, Durbin On Demand products cannot be returned.

Credit is granted by Durbin in absolute discretion. We reserve the right to withdraw credit at any time and demand payment in full.
